Powerset changes: Nothing major, in the past year, Roxy has built upon her fundamentals with a focus towards finer control and accuracy.
The past year: Reeling from the tragedies that befell Camulus in her Sophomore year, Roxy returned to France after mourning for her friends and classmates, glad to be going back to the comforts of home. Unfortunately, comforts were few and far between in France; the war that had broken out destroying the already unstable country's infrastructure. The government fractured, social unrest turned into rebellion, fighting broke out on the streets. It was chaos.
As always, Roxy tried her best to effect change, she got her voice out there and tried to put together a movement, encouraging people to take their energy and their rebellion and channel it into something productive. But it was too much, everytime one idea started to gain momentum, another fell apart. Each time she felt like she was finally getting somewhere, someone was waiting to take her down. So when an invitation to the vigilante movement was extended to her, it was too tempting; the idea of reuniting with her friends, of gaining a powerful support system to back up her ideas. And so she accepted.
Since then, she's been a particularly outspoken member of the group, constantly trying to push through new ideas and political ideas for the team to rally around.
